“Be Comfortable being uncomfortable!”

As the saying goes  “You need to be comfortable being a little uncomfortable at times”.

So, this week I challenge you to do something that makes you feel a little uncomfortable or is outside your usual comfort zone.  When it comes to your health and fitness, you could try some of the following:

    • Find some supports by calling a friend and asking them to work out with you
    • Try a new exercise routine (e.g. yoga, or a short jog/run in the morning)
    • Experiment with a new healthy recipe
    • Do some food prep or meal planning and make a big batch of your favourite dish
    • Start a new healthy habit
    • Cut out an unhealthy habit
